Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager, you will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on enhancing our brand presence across multiple platforms while engaging with our valued customers. You'll work closely with our marketing, graphics, and culinary teams to develop comprehensive social strategies that align with our business goals. Your creative vision and analytical mindset will be vital in shaping our digital storytelling approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Develop vibrant engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy that reflects our brand voice and engages our audience.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a way that fosters community onboarding and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics, track campaigns, and report findings to optimize future social media initiatives.

- Identify growth opportunities through organic growth strategies and assist in building a community around our brand.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, marketing tools, and consumer behavior in order to keep our brand relevant.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar, planning and scheduling content effectively.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about social media, has a flair for creativity, and possesses strong analytical skills. Our preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the restaurant or retail sector.
- Proficient in major social media platforms and familiar with social media management and analytics tools.
- Solid copywriting and visual creativity skills, capable of producing compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- Experience in building and managing social media communities and fostering customer engagement through social channels.
- An understanding of SEO and how it influences social media engagement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
